The Greenville CVB Housing Bureau is currently accepting ONLINE reservations for the following conventions. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-351-7180 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (EST).

• We are unable to process reservations by phone. Please click on your convention logo above to make your reservation online.
• Please submit only ONE reservation per room, listing names of all occupants per room (up to four) on the form as requested.
• You will receive an Acknowledgment number after your reservation has been submitted over the internet. Please be sure to print this form for your records and review it for accuracy. The Acknowledgment confirms that you have been placed in our CVB convention block of rooms at the hotel. (You will not receive an email confirmation.) The hotel will follow-up by mailing you a written confirmation detailing their payment & cancellation policy.
• REQUIRED DEPOSIT: In order to process your request via the internet, you must supply us with a credit card number and the expiration date. It is up to the individual hotel as to whether or not your credit card will be charged for one night’s deposit. Only credit card deposits will be accepted over the internet.
• CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Prior to the cut-off date listed above, changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Greenville CVB Housing Bureau by faxing to: 864-421-0005, or mailing to: Greenville CVB Housing Bureau, 631 S. Main St., Ste.301, Greenville, SC 29601. After the cut-off date, changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel to which you are assigned.
• If your hotel choice cannot be fulfilled, the Greenville CVB Housing Bureau reserves the right to change your reservation to a comparable hotel. You will be notified if this occurs.

• How do I make a reservation for 2 or more rooms?
  
  Repeat the process twice, or as many times as you need rooms. On the date selection screen, indicate the number of rooms you want to reserve – this will allow your address and credit card information to “auto fill”, saving time as you complete the additional reservations.
  
  
• How do I get a list of participating convention hotels, with rates and their locations, prior to making my reservation online?
  
  Please click on the link to HOTEL MAP & RATES (listed under your convention dates above) for a quick reference list of hotels providing rooms for your convention. Note: If a hotel does not appear on the online reservation form, it is already sold out. Please make your reservations early.
